In 2007, Helios Solar Energy was established, and our core foundation is focused on the importance of customer satisfaction, constructing a high quality product, and merging cutting-edge technologies to create clean energy. As most companies start out, we worked in the residential market, but our eye was always on the commercial sector. Helios Solar Energy’s first large project was The Cavallini Middle School in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey (2009) and it was over 80 kWdc. We then installed solar projects for Targets, Sam’s Clubs, Walmarts and Walgreens. Helios also built public construction projects such as the Somerset County Vocational School. Currently we have been focusing our work in the private sector; constructing projects for nonprofit organizations. Our goal is to help clients utilize tax benefits from their solar projects while they receive a substantial return on their investment.
