Josh is very knowledgeable about solar in regards to the rebates and the tax incentives. It was by far an amazing experience just even discussing the project. It really worked out for us and he was very knowledgeable compared to the other vendors. I give it 10 stars. He was communicative about everything. He even takes it upon himself to go to the site and check on it. He offers his opinions in case something needs to be done. He’s very responsive, he accepts calls on his personal cell phone, and in less than 24 hours he will be down at the site checking if there is a problem.
When I met Josh Lewin he felt like a trustworthy guy. He’s very knowledgeable and patient and he spent a lot of time explaining how the system works. He gave us a strong level of reassurance that he would be with us from the beginning to the end and if there were any issues he would 100% stand by his work. And after all these years, I think we’ve been working together for 13 years. It’s been a great experience. The estimates are remarkably close to the actual production. The installation has never been an issue and thankfully the maintenance has never been an issue either.
It’s a wonderful thing where you can do good and make money at the same time. When you can help the environment reduce your carbon footprint and make a better return for your company and to combine those two things is a really wonderful thing.
After working with Josh I was amazed about how proficient and on the job he was. And how good his guys were. It was really interesting how it was a smaller company than competitors but I trust them. I know exactly what they are doing. I am now doing my 9th system with Helios. Now I don’t even watch what they are doing, they are that good. We are very very fortunate to have good partners doing our system.
I was informed when I arrived this morning by Josh that there was a mishap moving blocks that damaged a small area of the roof. He took me up there, showed it to me and explained what happened. Carlisle has been contacted by him and arrangements have been made for a permanent repair. It was an accident and as far as I am concened it was handled exactly as it should have been by Josh reaching out for me immediately after it happened.
It is refreshing to deal with people that are this up front and responsible.
